I lost 8 kgs on the EMLY program. Before I started the program I was at the bottom of my own priority list and not taking care of myself. Now I feel so much more energised and confident. I am making time for my own needs and feel empowered to make healthier choices for my mind and body. My lifestyle and priorities have really shifted during the past 12 weeks and I feel really happy with the direction I’m taking. I really liked the fact that there was one key thing to focus on each week which was added to as we went along. I lost 8 kgs on EMLY. I was stuck with my pregnancy weight. It was my son’s first birthday and I decided I needed to make a change now instead of continuing down a less healthy path. I feel great! I feel more confident in myself and I have more knowledge about making healthy choices and how to look after my body and mind. I liked the group aspect of the program and learning how to work with hormones.
I really have enjoyed the program and found Sally very motivating and helpful, she is so experienced and knowledgeable about women’s health that I really feel like I learned a lot.

I lost 10.7 kgs on the program then continued to lose 18 kgs in the graduates group. I joined the program for accountability as I was stuck in a cycle of losing and gaining the same kgs. I was sick of being overweight, not fitting into my clothes and being miserable. Now I feel on top of the world! The loss makes a difference to my ability to find an outfit in my wardrobe but the feeling of control over my weight is immeasurable. I loved the checklists and how things were added one at a time each week otherwise it would have been overwhelming. The support group was amazing and loved being able to connect with the fab ladies on the same journey. I didn’t struggle at all with the program, everything just made sense and was logical. I liked the gradual introduction of tasks over the weeks and appreciated Sally's honesty and realness of the journey and how sometimes life gets in the way and we just need to do what we can rather than aiming for perfection. I lost 5.2 kgs on EMLY and another 5 kgs in 6 weeks in the free graduates group. I’m really happy with this and to be down into the next weight bracket. This is just the beginning for me, a new me and a journey for life. I’ve made so many changes, healthier food choices, I haven’t binged on chocolate in ages and I’ve stopped drinking in the house. This is the lightest I've been in a while and have even had to give some clothes away. The EMLY concepts are stored in my head. It’s not a set time plan or fad diet where you’re thinking and talking about it constantly, just a set of concepts that become part of your life without any rush. I lost 7.9 kgs on EMLY. I felt really sluggish before the program and not in a good routine with my meals. I always knew that I needed to kick-start me back on track so it was a no-brainer for me as I’d done one of Sally's programs before and knew that it would work. I feel like I’m fuelling my body so much better now.
I loved the weekly videos and found them really inspiring and the personalised feedback video also. Sally makes it so easy and it hasn’t felt like a restrictive diet. I love how she promotes putting ourselves first and how everything is from a real-life perspective that things aren’t always going to be perfect.

I am so happy with my 5.2 kgs loss. My skin is glowing and I look forward to my morning exercise and really enjoy eating healthy. It has become part of your normal routine. I wasn’t aiming to really lose any weight. I joined because I wanted to get healthier and tone up and have something to focus on other than being a wife and a mother. I have definitely achieved these things and lost a bit of weight in the process.
I enjoyed the need to go for walks every day as it gave me the kick to get outside on my own and switch off while moving.
The 30-minute workouts were a great length to fit in during the week. I loved the group with the updates, ideas, and comments — it kept me on track and motivated.

Before the program, I was doing some of the right things but not at all of the time. I joined in the hope of feeling better about myself and I do! My mindset is shifting to loving myself whilst still working to improve my health and am pleased that people have noticed that I have lost weight.

I can’t tell you how much I lost on EMLY as it was never really about the number on the scales for me. I’ve always eaten healthily and been an avid exerciser so I’ve always been quite slim. After turning 40 I had started to notice some weight gain around my midsection and had gone up a dress size. Even though I was living a healthy lifestyle, my body wasn’t responding in the same way. The program was an eye-opener for me as I knew how to eat healthy but not for fat loss. I also learned how my body would benefit from changing the style of exercise that I was used to doing. I really liked the holistic approach to the program and how the mindset exercises were introduced and the breakdown of the impact of our hormones. I have tweaked my nutrition and changed my approach to exercise now and am back to my original dress size. I would definitely recommend this program, Sally is an expert!
